Both Ransom Fellowship and Hollywood Jesus have excellent reviews of The Matrix series. I prefer Ransom Fellowship's critique just because they provide thought-provoking discussion questions for both Christian and non-Christian viewers. This encourages us to discuss the movie among like-minded people, and it also encourages us to invite non-Christian friends to watch and discuss one of my favorite movies.
